Over the past two years, the development of the international and regional situation has shown that it is necessary for us to work together to safeguard regional security. We must adhere to and practice the concept of security in Asia, gather consensus, promote dialogue, strengthen cooperation, and promote the construction of a security model with Asian characteristics, to create a better future of peace and prosperity in asia. To this end, we should focus on efforts in the following areas.
First, grasp the direction, build a community of destiny in asia. In Asia, the fate of share together danger and safety. A new type of partnership, mutual respect, equality, mutual support, cooperation and win-win development we must pull together in times of trouble, in the pursuit of national interests of both countries and reasonable concerns, promote the common development of all countries in pursuing national development, respect for national security in the maintenance of national security, to promote regional peace, stability and prosperity. Fourth, step by step, to explore the establishment of regional security architecture. There are multiple security cooperation mechanisms in Asia, which play a role in maintaining regional security. We should uphold and promote mutual respect, Asian countries long-standing consensus and take care of all comfort in Asia, strengthen coordination in the security mechanism, around each other consistent or similar goals gradually carry out cooperation, concerted efforts to obtain results. On this basis, we can gradually explore the construction of regional security cooperation with Asian characteristics of the new framework. We welcome foreign countries to contribute to peace and development in Asia, with Asian countries to promote security and stability and prosperity in asia. Asia has stabilized, developed, and is beneficial to the world; Asia is in turmoil and decline, adverse to the world. This is a profound truth in the history of Asia since modern times.

China pursues a foreign policy of peace, put forward and take the lead in practicing a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable Asian security concept, and has always been a defender, builder and contributor to international and regional security. Chinese unswervingly follow the road of peaceful development, unswervingly safeguard the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations as the core of the international order, and unswervingly promote the construction of new international relations to win-win cooperation as the core, to create a common destiny of mankind. For a long time, China has worked with the international community to jointly respond to international and regional security risks, challenges and crises.
The world focuses on Asia and Asia influences the world. At present, some hot issues related to the security situation in Asia are highly concerned by the international community, China has made positive efforts to promote the settlement of these problems.
Since the beginning of this year, the Korean Peninsula tensions continued. China to control the situation, promote dialogue and negotiations to make great efforts. We insist on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and maintaining peace and stability on the peninsula, adhere to solve problems through dialogue and consultation. As a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China fully and comprehensively implement the relevant resolutions of the UN Security council. As a close neighbor of the peninsula, we will never allow the peninsula to live in chaos, once the situation is not good for anyone. We hope that all parties will exercise restraint and refrain from mutual stimulation and intensification of contradictions, but to work together to bring the nuclear issue back to the track of dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible.
Afghanistan is in a critical period of transition, facing many challenges, the need for strong support from the international community. China is actively involved in the Istanbul process of Afghanistan, supports the peaceful reconstruction of Afghanistan, supports the “ Arab led, Arab all ” inclusive political reconciliation process. China sincerely hopes that Afghanistan will achieve peace, stability and development at an early date, and is willing to work with the international community to continue to provide support and assistance for the peaceful reconstruction, political reconciliation and smooth transition of afghanistan.
Syria, Palestine and Israel to solve the problem as soon as possible is in line with the interests of all parties, but also the common expectations of the international community. China has always advocated through political negotiations to promote the peaceful settlement of the issue, has been in a variety of ways to actively promote peace talks, and will continue to make efforts. China has played a constructive role in reaching a comprehensive agreement on the nuclear issue of Iran, and is willing to work with all parties to continue to push forward the implementation of the comprehensive agreement.
For some time, the parties are very concerned about the South China Sea issue. I would like to emphasize that China has always been committed to maintaining peace and stability in the South China Sea, firmly safeguard its sovereignty and related rights in the South China Sea, and insist on peaceful settlement of disputes through friendly consultations and negotiations with the direct parties. China is ready to work with ASEAN countries to build the South China Sea into a sea of peace, friendship and cooperation.
